Returns and exchanges are carried out in accordance with the applicable legislation of Georgia, including the Law of Georgia on Consumer Rights Protection.
1. Right to Cancel an Order
The customer has the right to: cancel the order at any time before the product is delivered;
Return goods purchased remotely (online) within 14 (fourteen) calendar days after receiving the product, provided that the item has not been used or damaged.
2. Conditions for Returning Goods
A return is accepted if: the product retains its original condition and consumer properties;
The product has not been used; the original packaging, labels, and protective seals (if applicable) are preserved;
proof of purchase is provided (receipt, invoice, electronic order confirmation, etc.).
3. Non-Returnable Goods
The following items cannot be returned: custom-made or personalized products;
products modified according to the customer’s specifications (size, color, personalization, etc.);
products intended exclusively for a specific customer.
4. Refunds
If payment was made by bank card, refunds would be issued only to the same bank card used for the original payment.
Cash refunds are not available. After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, the Company will process the refund within 10 (ten) business days, unless otherwise required by banking institutions or international payment systems.
Shipping costs for returned goods may be deducted from the refund amount unless the return is caused by a defective product or an error made by the Company.
5. Return Procedure
To request a return, the customer must send an application by email toulemondebochart.ge@yahoo.com including: order number; reason for return; contact information; bank details if necessary.
The Company may request additional documents or photos of the product for review.
6. International Orders
For international deliveries, return and exchange conditions may vary depending on the laws of the destination country and international logistics regulations.
Custom duties, taxes, and international shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
